As an experienced certified personal trainer I have a diverse range of training style with a specialist interest in circuit training. I am able to use a variety of techniques and equipment to help develop a customized training program so that you can make the most of your workout while working towards your fitness.
You will begin your first one to one training session with a comprehensive fitness assessment, allowing me to evaluate your present state of physical fitness and health. Data collected includes a health history, diet questionnaire, vital statistics, strength and muscular endurance tests and a functional movement screening. These results are then used to assess and create a personalised fitness program.
